About Carol
Carol has many years of experience in the technology sector supporting clients of all sizes.
Carols experience in the technology sector, combined with her people and culture expertise, means she has a deep understanding of what businesses require from a Business Communications service provider.
Throughout my career I have held senior board level positions, including the role of HR director for two leadership development consultancies. I have been involved in several acquisitions and mergers which resulted in much of my time being spent coaching individuals and helping senior executive team members deal with change, both cultural and transactional. This makes a perfect match for the role of Head of Amazing at HBTel, my purpose is to make an amazing group of people even more amazing! And to help the company achieve amazing things!
Outside the workplace I am a Governor of a Hampshire based boarding school and a trustee for a Southampton based charity that supports children and young people. When not working on any of the three roles, I love to cook and drink fine wine. I also love talking about my specialist subject Champagne!
